CULTURE24 - CURRENT VACANCIES
28/10/2008

Culture24 has recently recruited several new members of staff to join our Brighton-based team, and now we're looking for one more. We're currently rebuilding our publishing system, relaunching our websites and scaling up to take on a more strategic role within our sector. This is an exciting period of change for us and the following job is a great opportunity for the right person.

Staff Writer and Outreach Co-ordinator (Children)
Culture24 is looking for an experienced writer and outreach coordinator with a passion for collections and children’s play and learning. You'll have experience of either teaching or running workshops and lots of ideas for ways to entertain, inspire and inform young audiences.

You will be responsible for coordinating, writing and uploading content within our award-winning children's website, Show Me, and for a brand new project called Caboodle. The Caboodle project will use online technologies and existing networks to provide a wide range of exciting, creative and playful cultural experiences for young children, supporting existing community and voluntary organisations, schools and families in the process.

£22,000 to £24,000 per annum depending upon experience. We are happy to consider flexible working hours.
