Colchester Museums provides a DVD film tour of inaccessible areas of Colchester Castle. It communicates the atmosphere and sound qualities of the different tour locations. It comes in two versions, one for general visitors and one for schoolchildren. Both have BSL.
Sutton Hoo, an English Heritage site, provides sub-titling and BSL with the Sutton Hoo exhibition film 'the Wearer of the Helmet'. Text fonts, contrasts and location of on screen graphics are designed for maximum legibility.
Stephenson Railway Museum, of Tyne and Wear Museums, worked with organisations for visually impaired people in North Tyneside to develop innovative methods of display for visually impaired visitors, including interactive audio/text panels, tactile and colour contrasted flooring and pre-visit information packs
Wolverhampton Arts and Museum Service provides a PDA with BSL for Bantock House produced by a local company of deaf people and regular BSL guided tours for groups.
