World Museum Liverpool is one of the UK's finest multi-disciplinary museums. It is the largest and oldest of the National Museums Liverpool, founded in 1851 when the 13th Earl of Derby left his substantial natural history collection to the city. The museum has now doubled in size with new, exciting exhibits and attraction.

World Museum Liverpool is one of the UK's finest multi-disciplinary museums. Its collections are world-wide in scope, and world-class in quality. They cover archaeology, ethnology and the natural and physical sciences. The popular Planetarium is now free to all.
