ART IN THE AGE OF STEAM AT THE WALKER ART GALLERY

Art in the Age of Steam, at the Walker Art Gallery until August 10 2008, brings together works of art defined not by their prosaic documentation of the steam train but in response to the poetic qualities of the steam train and the coming of the railways.
