Description
Imperial War Museum North is about people - old and young, near and far, yesterday and today. About how their lives are shaped by war. About grandparents, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles and children. About everyone.

Collections description
The Museum charts world events from 1900 to the present day, examining war and its effect on people and places; from photographs to film, artefacts, weapons and souvenirs the entire experience of war is explored.
