Description
A reconstruction of the type of village occupied by Queen Boadicea and the Iceni tribe just before the invasion of the Romans around 2000 years ago. There is evidence that there was a settlement at Cockley Cley around the time of Christ. The museum complex is set in beautiful Breckland countryside and includes a nature trail, a seventh century church and an Elizabethan cottage.
