A superb collection of Scottish art from 18th century to contemporary work. Scientific instruments, natural history specimens, medical equipment, textiles and design pieces.

Artists represented in the collections include Gainsborough, Landseer, the Pre-Raphaelites, Burra, Raeburn, Wilkie, MacTaggart, Paton, Duncan, the Glasgow Boys, the Colourists, Colquhoun, Eardley, Bellany, Finlay, Maclean etc.
