Description
Eastleigh Museum, housed in the old Salvation Army Citadel, is on High Street in the busy town centre and close to the Swan Shopping Centre.

Discover Eastleigh’s past, and meet Mr and Mrs Brown a local locomotive engine driver and his wife. There is always something new to see with a regularly changing programme of special exhibitions, workshops, talks and events, plus Family Friendly activities, cafe, and gifts.

Meet Mr and Mrs Brown : Discover what life was like in Eastleigh during the 1930s and meet Mr and Mrs Brown, a local engine driver and his wife. Visit our recreation of their family home, a Victorian terraced house for which Eastleigh is well known. Displays include the living room at teatime and scullery.

The Story of Eastleigh : Eastleigh Museum was founded in 1986 and has collected many local history objects through which we tell our story.
