Led by Kevin Flude, Director of the Old Operating Theatre Museum, and expert leader of guided walks, walkers will weave through the City and Southwark discovering each period of London's history - beginning with the origins of the name Londinium, going on through medieval, Tudor and Victorian London, and ending in Bankside amidst London's newest cultural quarter.
The walk starts at Tower Bridge Tube Station at 10.30am and finishes at 8.30pm in a pub in Bankside. However, you can join the walk at various times during the day if you can't handle the full trek.
A fee is payable for this tour, with all proceeds going towards the Old Operating Theatre. Tickets can be booked at express.ts.com/k?curator, where there are also more details on the itinerary.
