We work closely with the 24 Hour Museum
to integrate new designs and to provide
new functionality and facilities as
required. The main components of the
systems include:
Repository
Management System storing,
retrieving and managing all text,
digital images and other media and
capable of sustaining the growth
of the project throughout its
life,
Content
Development System enabling
the Editor to create text, edit
and manage all content (text,
images etc) and to publish new
content to the website as required
on a regular basis,
Website and Portal
delivering dynamically generated
pages, configured and implemented to
the 24 Hour Museum's own specification
and design. Innovative facilities
include the Direct Data Entry form
enabling each museum to input and then
amend its own entry, and XML newsfeeds
for museums to add timely news stories
to their own websites. The site is able
to be enhanced with new content,
functionality and facilities at any time.
